00 / Constellation Labs
The system is the product, not the model.
One person and a fleet of AI orchestrators, running on infrastructure built because nothing on the market did the job. A private network. An observability layer that lets one human watch a fleet of AIs think, and check that they are telling the truth. Local-first brains that never send your data anywhere. A build process that gates every ship the way an industrial safety system gates a dangerous action. And the proof: a real business that runs on it every day.
- α Sentinel
Watches every service and feed, and reduces it to one honest picture.
- β The Vault
The shared record the fleet reads and writes from, so nothing lives only in one session.
- γ The Orchestrators
One accountable seat per lane, directing the fleet that builds.
- δ The Rooms
Named identities coordinating in one auditable place.
- ε The Bus
The private channel every orchestrator and the human director coordinate through, and the lines between the others above.
The chart above is the only galaxy motif on this page. Every section below is the plain cream register.
01 / The System
Five layers, one estate.
The entire agent estate runs on a private, encrypted network. No service is exposed to the public internet. A dedicated, hardened server carries the fleet’s private messaging layer, isolated from the public internet. Everything runs on owned, GPU-equipped workstation hardware, local-first by design, with the models and the data staying on-premises. Every standing service is registered, health-checked, and drift-audited nightly against its own documentation. A start-only watchdog brings any crashed service back within about two minutes; it is structurally incapable of killing anything.
A dedicated watchdog service probes every public site, local service, and data feed on a fixed cycle and reduces it to one honest health picture, engineered so the monitor itself can never leak the data it watches. The whole estate renders as a living map where brightness is earned by measured evidence; a claim the system cannot prove cannot render as certain. Every agent conversation and working session is observable through read-only views, built so raw output can never leak through. Every agent reads the same live, honest picture of the estate through an organ that structurally cannot write or transmit.
A single hardened runtime gives every local AI assistant the same safety floor: local-only networking, read/write separation, and a guard that refuses to let a model state a financial figure it did not just read from the system of record. A locally hosted business copilot answers operational and financial questions from live company records, structurally unable to modify anything. A private, fully local personal memory can read everything its owner already owns, while a structural wall guarantees it can only ever read. An extraction engine where deterministic code, not a model, owns every dollar and due date.
A self-hosted, private message bus where a fleet of AI agents and their human director coordinate as named identities in one auditable room. A structured AI organization: one accountable agent per business lane, a human director at the top, and a hard separation between the agents that direct and the agents that build. A single, versioned, machine-enforced build process under which AI agents plan, build, adversarially verify, gate, ship, and learn, proven over an unattended multi-deploy production run with zero regressions. New AI specialists are sourced, quarantined, adversarially tested, graded by independent judges, and promoted only through human-approved stages.
A complete AI-operated back office for an electrical contractor, running a real company’s projects, crews, and billing in production every day. One frozen, test-locked engine owns every dollar of math, so AI can operate the business without ever being able to silently change how money is computed. An AI operator that gives a contractor its own private, isolated back-office instance, proven first inside a real contracting business. A handful of public properties, built to one standard: nothing loops or blinks, real screens, no invented diagrams.
The chart in the hero above is one plate of this estate. Here is the same set, entered a second time as a register: the chart's own index numbers carry through as the reg. numbers below.
| Reg. no. | Designation | Class | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| CL·01 | α Sentinel | Watch layer | Active |
| CL·02 | β The Vault | Shared record | Active |
| CL·03 | γ The Orchestrators | Directing seats | Active |
| CL·04 | δ The Rooms | Coordination spaces | Active |
| CL·05 | ε The Bus | Message channel | Active |
02 / The Method
Built like a safety system.
We build the way industrial control systems are built: layered, supervised, fail-safe. Every change is planned, attacked by an adversarial review before it is built, built test-first, reviewed by someone who did not write it, verified a second time by an independent pass, and shipped through a gate that can fail closed. The person who writes a change is never the person who reviews it, and the reviewer is never the person who commits it. Across every surface, a claim the system cannot prove cannot render as healthy or true. Green is a measured state, not a default. After every ship, the same process reviews itself and changes if it needs to. The longest single test ran ten autonomous hours and shipped eleven production deploys with zero regressions.
03 / Born Here
What came out of the lab.
Shop Marshal came directly out of running the flagship deployment: an AI operator that gives a contractor its own private, isolated instance, proven first inside a real contracting business. See what it does at shopmarshal.com.
The lab built its own public presence the same way it builds anything else: gated, tested, shipped. Two of the estate's public properties were rebuilt to a finished, no-slop standard in 48 hours, by the system, not around it.
A redaction and video pipeline turns the lab's own real build history into a public build-in-public record: every story true, every sensitive detail provably removed before anything leaves the machine.
The estate's public properties carry its work, each built to the same no-slop standard: nothing loops or blinks, real screens, no invented diagrams.
04 / The Lab + Who
One person and a fleet.
Constellation Labs is a human and AI collective: one person directing a fleet of AI orchestrators, each with its own lane, coordinating over infrastructure built for exactly this. Local-first is a conviction here, not a marketing line: the brains that read the business live on the machine, and a structural wall, not a promise, keeps them from sending anything out.
Constellation Labs is Streamline's lab: it builds the system. The products ship on their own. For consulting, visit streamlineautomationsolutions.net. For the product built here, visit shopmarshal.com.
